I ended up having a total hip replacement - major surgery because I didn't check things out early ( I was told that I must have had osteoarthritis for about 15 yrs without knowing!) By the way I'm cringing at the idea of you taking pain killers ... these manufactured chemicals can't be doing your body any good (my opinion). Why don't you try some natural healing methods?
